William S. Hermsen, age 73, of Bismarck, died Thursday, July 14, 2016 at his home. He was born June 25, 1943 to the late William Cornelius and Agatha Kordelski Hermsen. He was a retired machinist and a veteran of the U. S. Air Force.
He was preceded in death by wife, Rosetta Hermsen.
Survivors are his children, Timothy Sims, Charlie Sims, Stephen Hermsen, Bill Hermsen Jr., Keith Allen Hermsen, Tish Hodges, Diane Hathcock, Barb McGraw, Robin Jorgenson and Deb Hodges; two brothers, Rick Hermsen and Jeff Hermsen; two sisters, Barbara Welch and Janet Owens; numerous grandchildren including Orlando Perlez, Ashley Sims, C. T. Sims, Rose Sorrells and Michelle Wood; also numerous great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2:00 pm Sunday, July 17th at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia. Burial with military honors will follow at Richwoods Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 - 7:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
