William Paul Hill

William Paul Hill, age 69, of Hot Springs, passed away on Monday, November 7, 2022.

He was born on December 22, 1952, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Walter Hill and Netie Thorpe Hill.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Hill; and his parents.

William was a very outgoing person, making friends with everyone he met.  He was quite the jokester, play pranks and telling jokes on and to everyone.  He was just a fun-loving guy.  He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.

He is survived by three brothers; one sister; extended family and a host of wonderful friends.

Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Home, Hot Springs.
