William "Bill" L. Middleton, Sr., 73 of North Little Rock passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2013. He retired from Thomco Construction after 24 years. He enjoyed working on small engines and visiting with friends.
He is survived by his former wife, Raylene Middleton, of North Little Rock; daughter, Debbie (Brad) Smith, of Sherwood; three sons, Bill Middleton, Jr. (Mendy) of North Little Rock, Rick (Karla) Middleton of Scott and Glen Smith, of North Little Rock; grandchildren, Dallas Sullivan, Jordan and Jeremy Middleton, Lauren, Raegan and Brianna Middleton; great-grandchild, Gatlin Blake Rivera; brothers, Tommy Middleton, Jr. and wife, Pat, of North Little Rock and Bobby Earl Middleton, of Oak Grove; and a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tommie Middleton, Sr. and Rosie Middleton and his sister, Ann Sweatt.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday at North Little Rock Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Gary Bearden and Rev. Joel N. Holmes. Burial will be in Edgewood Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Brad Smith, Dallas Sullivan, Jeremy Middleton, Carl West, Ralph Higginbotham and Ricky Middleton. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
