William Oliver

William Joseph “Bill” Oliver, age 60, went home to be with our Heavenly Father on Friday, June 14, 2024. Bill was born July 11, 1963, in Live Oak, California. He was the son of William Oliver and Earlene Harvey. 

He is predeceased by wife, Gail Baird Oliver; wife, Charlotte Kloke Oliver; dad, William Oliver; and his sister, Joan Kendall.

He attended Cutter Morning Star and later got his GED and degree in mechanics. Bill married Charlotte in 1992, and lived in Smith Mills, KY for the last 30 years where he worked at Consolidated Grain and Barge, as well as Aztec Milling over that time. He never knew a stranger, was a true dog lover, and he will be deeply missed here.

Bill is survived by his son, Billy; daughter, Brittney; parents, James and Earlene Wacaster; brother-in-law, Tony Kendall; brother, James Oliver; and sister, Kelly (Neal) Woodall, all of Bonnerdale, AR.; nephew, JJ; nieces, Kathleen, Leah, Holly, Kristy, and Sarah; and his dog and buddy Carlos.

The family would like to thank MaryLynn Gibson, the Kloke family, Brentwood Living Center, Donna Graybil, and the Deaconess Midtown Hospital for all their love and care they gave Bill.
