William H. Settle, 89, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away October 21, 2020. He was born March 8, 1931 to the late William and Mary (Galey) Settle in Indianapolis, Indiana. He leaves to cherish his memory many family and friends who will all dearly miss him. Private family services will be held at a later date.
