Willie E. Chastain, 86, of Maumelle, passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2007. She is survived by her loving husband, Dennis S. Chastain; daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Dean Starry of Maumelle; grandson, Michael Dietrich (Heidi) of Fayetteville; great-grandchildren, Kristin, Christopher, Alex and Ian Dietrich; sister-in-law, Rose Mary Bynum; and beloved nephew and nieces, Shannon, Tonda and Debra. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alva W. and Ruby Tullos Edwards; her infant son, Dennis Alvin Chastain; and her brother, J.D. Edwards.
Visitation will be Friday evening, December 28, from 5-7 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct.(NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), Little Rock. Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 29 at the funeral home, followed by burial in Rest Hills Memorial Park in Sherwood. Memorials may be made to Alzheimers Arkansas, 10411 W. Markham, Little Rock, AR 72211.
