Willie Mae Cook, 84, of Grapevine passed away Monday, November 12, 2007. She was a member of Lighthouse Nondenominational Church of Little Rock.
She is survived by her daughters, Sally Ashley and husband, Willie Charles, of Grapevine and Mary Thomas, of Little Rock; son, Edward Lee Cook, of Mabelvale; eight grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Jeannie Mae Nolan Mannings; husband, Carl Edward Cook, Sr.; son, Carl Edward Cook, Jr; two daughters, Eulean Gilbert and Jean Jackson; two brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Thursday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Upchurch Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
