Wilma "Bobbie" Garner, 90, of North Little Rock passed away Friday, October 23, 2015.
She is survived by her sister, Sandra Bowers and nephews, Nathan, Gary and Mike Garner. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and sister.
