Wyatt Barnett

Wyatt A. Barnett, 93, went to be with the Lord on December 16, 2018.  He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cabot where he served as Deacon for many years.  He was a retired funeral director and insurance executive.  After retirement, he was in the overhead door business.  He was a 32nd degree Mason and a Shriner.  He was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing.

Wyatt is survived by one son, Jimmy (Sheila) Barnett of Cabot; two daughters, Phyllis (Bob) Copeland of Romance and Shirley (Jim) Farley of Star City; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren and one brother, Kenneth Barnett of Michigan.

He was preceded in death by his wife Marie Barnett, one granddaughter; and numerous brothers and sisters.

Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe.  Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 19, 2018 at Romance Cemetery.  Arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home. www.smithfamilycares.com
