Wylie C. Evans

Wylie T. Evans, 79, of North Little Rock passed away June 22, 2025. He was born in Little Rock to the late Mary (Spradlin) and Wylie C. Evans on August 2, 1945. Wylie retired from the Union Pacific Railroad and had served in the U.S. Navy. He was of the Baptist faith

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Barbara Anderson Evans; sister, Vivian Peeples (Billy); nephews: Tommy Hobson, Jr. (Rebecca) and Trey Hobson (Emily); several cousins and friends. The family would like to thank long-time friend and care giver, Ethel Golden.

Wylie was preceded in death by step-sons: John and Joe Bradley; sister, Martha (Tommy Sr.) Hobson.

Funeral is at 10:00 AM, Thursday, June 26, 2025 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home. Private Interment at the AR State Veterans Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Disabled Veterans of America.
