Agnes Loveless

Agnes Lee “Maw Maw” Loveless, 85, of Ft. Smith, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021. She was born August 4, 1935 in Tuckerman, Arkansas to Harrison and Thula M. Stout Long. She was a member of Central Baptist Church, Ft. Smith.  She loved bingo, fishing and the St. Louis Cardinals.   She was a great cook and will be remembered for her mashed potatoes and chicken and dressing.

Agnes is survived by her sons, Bill East (Marian) and Randy East (Rita); seven grandchildren, Mike East, Tish East-Haynes (Dillon), Shala Smith (Brian), Jonathan Best (Nikki), Eric Best (Joanie), Ryan East and Alisha East; great-grandchildren, Baylee Kennan, Noah Smith, Alex Smith, Paige and Wyatt Best and Reed Vinsant; and her sister, Tommie Jo Robbins. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, four brothers, and a granddaughter, Kristy Dawn East.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gideons International .

Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston, Arkansas. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, March 8, 2021 at First Free Will Baptist Church in Greenwood, Arkansas . Burial will be in Mayberry Cemetery in Central City, Arkansas.
