Barry McKay

Barry Scott McKay 68, of Bismarck passed away October 2, 2019. Barry was born in Sioux City, Iowa on March 27, 1951 to the late Leslie and Vera (Nelson) McKay. Barry worked as a computer software engineer and raised his family in Swartz Creek, Michigan. After his retirement the family resettled in Bismarck, Arkansas where Barry was active in the Presbyterian Church in Arkadelphia.

Barry is survived by his loving wife of over 40 years Carla McKay, three children; Lyndsey Short, Neal McKay and Philip McKay, two grandchildren; Ian Short and Nathan Short, and five siblings.

Visitation will be 6 :00–8:00 p.m. Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be Sunday, October 6, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. First Presbyterian Church in Arkadelphia with interment following at DeRoche Cemetery in Bismarck.
