Bette Jane Spencer, 65, of Little Rock, passed away December 4, 2018. Born in Little Rock to the late James L. Hill and Edna Childers Hill, she was a pharmacy technician.
She is survived by her husband of 28 years, David Spencer; brother, Jim Hill (Virginia); adopted sister, Debbie Montgomery; niece, Andrea Hill and nephew, Luke Hill, all of Little Rock; her beloved pet, Penny; and a host of other family and friends.
