Betty Louise Neukam, 87, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away March 2, 2021. She was born March 30, 1933 in Reydell, Arkansas to the late Fred and Mildred (Venable) Manis. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Robert Neukam. She is survived by her daughters, Teresa (Jeff) Fischer and Tami (Keith) Jones; grandchildren, Robbie (Tori) Jones and Ryan Jones; and great-granddaughter, Olivia.
