Billie Reed

Billie Jean Reed age 92, of Hot Springs, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2021 in Hot Springs. She was born October 11, 1928 to Roy and Mattie (White) Starling. Billie Jean was a member of Oaklawn United Methodist Church in Hot Springs.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Reed; a son, Charles Thacker; a daughter, Sherry Young; two sisters, Jimmie Mae Williams and Bobbie Loomis.

Survivors are two daughters, Barbara Denny of Delight and Tonzie (Clint) Price of Hot Springs; one sister, Royce Allgood-Kelly of Delight; six grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 2 – 4 PM Sunday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.

Services will be 10:00 AM Monday, March 1^st at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home with Rev. Russell Brashear and Rev. Jim Henderson officiating. Burial will follow at Antoine Cemetery.
