Billy Stephens

Billy Joe Stephens age 76, of Arkadelphia, passed away Friday, May 29, 2020 in CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs. He was born August 10, 1943 to the late Tommy and Jennie Forte Stephens. He was the seventh of elven children. Billy Joe worked several different jobs and retired from the Arkadelphia Human Development Center on August 31, 2005.

He married his beloved wife on October 20, 1973 and was a Jehovah’s Witness with the Caddo Valley Kingdom Hall.

Survivors include his wife, Juanita Williams Stephens; one son, Jeremiah Jerome Stephens; two grandchildren, Jayden Stephens and Javaria Stephens; two brothers, Floyd Stephens of Arkadelphia and Thomas Stephens of Spring, Texas; one sister, Rosie Diggs of California; beloved nieces, nephews and friends.
