Carol Frederick

Carol Ann Frederick of Jacksonville passed away July 15, 2020.  She was born July 30, 1971 to James and Maxine French.  Carol Ann was an employee of the Frye Law Firm and a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 28 years, David Frederick; their only child and Carol Ann’s “pride and joy”, Katie Osborne and husband Douglas Osborne; her mother, Maxine Motsenbocker and husband Duane Motsenbocker; and step-siblings: Bill Motsenbocker,  Jenni Stevens and husband Kelly Stevens; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Zion Hill Baptist Church.
