Cheryl Lynn Bratton Bowline, age 52 of Bismarck, gained her wings on Tuesday, October 9, 2018. She was born December 27, 1965, to the late Chuck Arthur and Diane Hartsell Davis in Fort Worth, TX. Cheryl graduated from Bismarck High School in 1984 before obtaining a Bachelor's in Education at Henderson State University. She was a beloved teacher at both Bismarck and Magnet Cove for a combined 27 years. Cheryl coached softball and cheerleading and whether in the classroom or on a court or field, she put her fiery presence into everything she did. Cheryl took the most pride in raising her three children and being a Gigi to her granddaughter.
Waiting for her in heaven are her father, Chuck; grandparents, Bud &Ophelia Hartsell and Homer & Mary Arthur; Uncle, D; and cousin, Jacob Harmon. She will be missed by her mother, Diane; step-father, Harold Trammel; children, Kelli Beth & Kasie, Blake, and Jessica Bratton; granddaughter, Marly Jane Bratton; siblings, Richie & Christy Arthur and Nikki Arthur; husband, Frank Bowline; and countless nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Services will be held at Ruggles Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia with visitation Thursday, October 11 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and funeral Saturday, October 13 at 10:00am. The burial will take place following the funeral at Hickory Grove Cemetery.
