Chris Massey

Chris Massey age 51 of the Curtis Community, passed away Friday, July 16, 2021 in Hot Springs. Massey was born February 23, 1970 to Bobby and Peggy Massey. He was a member of Center Point Baptist Church.

Massey worked at the Gurdon Georgia Pacific Plant. He loved spending time with his family and at the river camp on the Little Missouri River. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting and fishing. Massey was a volunteer baseball coach with Gurdon Little League Baseball and was an avid Kansas City Chiefs football fan.

Survivors are his wife, Sheena Massey; a son, Braydon Massey of the home; a daughter, Haley Gibson of Gurdon; his mother, Peggy Massey of Bosier City, LA; his father, Bobby Massey of Camden; a brother, Kelly Massey of Pensacola, FL; a sister, Holly Massey of Bosier City, LA; his mother and father in-law, Diane and Bill Rogers of Curtis; two sister in-laws, Amanda Russell of Gurdon and Kimberly Rogers of Arkadelphia; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6- 8 PM Monday, July 19 ^th at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.

Services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 20 ^th at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Deaton and Bro. Danny Harmon officiating. Burial will follow at Center Ridge Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Benji Johnson, Bill Frazier, Jimmy Dean Stewart, Charles Stewart, Erick McJunkins and Stacey Rogers.
