Donna Casey

Donna Casey, 93, of North Little Rock, passed away October 10, 2021. Born in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Rev. Eugene and Mary Claudean Oden Moore, she worked as an insurance secretary for 20 years and was a member of the Brockington Road Church of the Nazarene. The church was her life, where she was a member of the Missionary Society, a Sunday School teacher, sang solos, and was in the church choir. She enjoyed every moment being a homemaker and a loving caretaker of her family. Home was a sacred place to her and she saturated her home with prayer and Bible reading.

She is survived by her daughters, Celeste Sodetani (Greg) of California and Michelle Phillips (Robert) of Pennsylvania; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and other extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 70 years, Ralph E. Casey, and siblings, Jean Hostutler, Dean Beeman, Rev. Don C. Moore, Rev. Darrell Moore and Rev. Maurice Moore.

Services are today, Tuesday, October 12 at 2:30 p.m. at the Brockington Road Church of the Nazarene.  Burial will be private at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery next to her husband.
