Ethel Kirk McCall, 79, passed away Friday, February 19, 2021. She was born April 8, 1941 in Hickory Plains, Arkansas to Herman and Jewel (Wright) Kirk. She was a graduate of Des Arc High School in 1959.  On July 28, 1962, she married H. L. McCall, who preceded her in death. She attended Apple Hill Baptist Church in Ward.  Ethel loved to cook for family and friends.  She was a caretaker for so many people.

Also preceding her in death were her parents, and one brother, Homer Kirk, all of Hickory Plains.

She is survived by her brother, James Kirk; one daughter, Diane (Jody) Stockman of Ward; two grandchildren, Jaclyn (Jordan) Masden of Beebe; Matthew (Chloe) Stockman of Hickory Plains; two great grandchildren, Vincent Honea and Vivian Masden of Beebe.

Visitation begins at 9:00 a.m. Thursday, February 25, 2021, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe, followed by service at 10:00 a.m.  Burial will be in Old Austin Cemetery. Arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.smithfamilycares.com
