Frances Harkins Burnett

Frances Harkins Burnett, 96, of Jacksonville, Arkansas, passed away on March 29, 2021.  She was born February 3, 1925 in Ward, Arkansas to the late James D. and Katie Pato Harkins.  She was preceded in death by her daughter Arvena Gene Frazier.

She was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Cabot, Frances is survived by her grandson David Hughes (Anita), granddaughter Tiffany Dodson (Donnie), great-grandchildren Madison, Matthew, Whitney, by son-in-law Gene Frazier (Denise), and extended family and friends that will miss her.  She was an inspiration to all that knew her.
