Harry Campbell

Harry Dean Campbell, age 82,  passed away peacefully March 11, 2021.  He was born in Helena, AR to Harry Shofner and Minnie Campbell. Harry was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Phipps Campbell and is survived by, his two daughters, Brenda Rhoads and Alicia Nelson; six grandchildren, Justin & Jami Rhoads of North Little Rock, Jason and Stacy Fields of Springdale, Tyler Rhoads of Jacksonville, Candace & Jon Swann of Springdale, Brittany and Justin Randleas of Jacksonville, Brea and Dylan Bush of Woodstock GA; and nine great-grandchildren.

Harry served in the United States Navy from 1957 to 1961.   He married his true love Mary, who he loved and cared for, for over 62 years.  Harry was a social butterfly and never met a stranger.  He had a servants heart and was always willing to help anyone.  Harry could fix anything and loved to work outside.  He enjoyed fishing and golfing in his spare time,   We will miss him but know that he is so happy to be re-united with his wife.

We will have a visitation on Monday, March 15, 2021 from 4:00 to 5:00 at Smith Funeral Home in Sherwood, AR.  There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, March 16 in the Weddington Cemetery in Fayetteville, AR.
