James Curd

James Curd, 86, of Beebe, Arkansas went home to be with the Lord and the love of his life, Marie, on Monday, August 26, 2019.  He was born April 13, 1933 to Joseph and Margie Curd.

James loved the Lord, his wife of sixty-six years, and his family.  He was a retired mechanic.  He enjoyed fishing, reading Westerns, talking about the Bible, and just good ol’ fashioned visiting with folks.

He is survived by two daughters, Rita (Chris) Johnson of Fountain Hills, Arizona and Renea (Doug) Turnbough of Beebe; four grandchildren, Isaac (Lauren) Taylor, Ethan Taylor, Tara (Anthony) Sewell and Jessica (Alan) Sewell; eight step grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe.  Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 30, 2019, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Weir Cemetery.  Arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home.  www.smithfamilycares.com
