James Major

James Paul Major, age 92, of Little Rock, went home to his Savior Sunday, July 25, 2021.  James was born March 1, 1929, to the late Luther and Gladys Orr Major in Levy.

James was an Army veteran.  He worked for the Little Rock Police Department for seven years before joining the USPS, from which he retired after 26 years of service, then he did upholstery for several years during his retirement.

James is survived by his wife of 68 years, Norris Pais Major.

Funeral Service will be Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park Chapel in Alexander.
