James Victory

James William Victory, 76 of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away due to COVID complications on November 28, 2021 surrounded by his family. He was born June 13th,1945 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late JD and Nadine Victory. He is survived by one Sister Billie Jean Castleberry of Oklahoma and recently deceased sister Willa Dean Spicer of Oklahoma.

Jim attended Oak Grove and graduated from Sylvan Hill High Schools. He married Margaret Ann Wickliffe in 1964. The two celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary in August of 2019; she preceded him in November 2019. He retired from Terminix after working his way up from route man to General Manager and eventually District Manager in Louisiana and Arkansas. He had several careers in his life from Masonite Plant Manager to regional sales manager. James’ family was the most important thing in his life; he adored his two sisters in Oklahoma and his loving wife, sons, cousins, grandkids, and great grandkids. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and LOVED the Razorbacks. He yearned for knowledge his entire live; he always had at least two books he was reading. He was always so proud of his entire family and cherished time spent with them.

He is survived by two sons, Darren (Desmond Ashley) Victory of Dallas, Texas and Keith Victory of North Little Rock, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Brandon (Britini) Victory of El Dorado, Arkansas, Anna Hall of North Little Rock, Arkansas and Ashley Grace of Dallas, Texas; 2 great grandchildren, Zane and Emma Victory.

Visitation is Wednesday December 1, 2021 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Services are Thursday December 2, 2021 at Morgan Full Gospel at 10:00 AM.
