Jimmy Paul Gray, 70, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away November 19, 2019.  He was born September 10, 1949 in Aurora, Missouri to the late John Wilson Gray and Annabelle Guerin Gray.

Jim is survived by his loving wife, Suzanne Burks Gray; children, Terri Gray McCann (Matt), of Jacksonville, Arkansas, Billy Gray, of Odessa, Texas, and Jeremy Gray, of Sherwood, Arkansas; and grandchildren, Haley Farley and Talon Gray (Keleah); and great-grandchildren, Beckham and Aria; brother, Jon Gray of Springfield, Missouri; and sister, Tammy Goddard of Monnette, Missouri. He is preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Grant Stephen Farley. He also leaves behind his little Pepper dog. He always was a big dog lover.

Jimmy graduated from Crane High School in Missouri in 1967. He was a very hard worker and taught his children the same work ethic. Jim coached baseball for many years at Sylvan Hills ballpark. He retired after 30 years from Union Pacific Railroad, formally Missouri Pacific. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his old railroad buddies and his children. He was a born again Christian and was not afraid to pass on.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the family home at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 23, 2019.
