Jimmy Glen Taylor, 69, of Jacksonville, formerly Pine Bluff, passed from this life on June 4, 2021. He was born on March 13, 1952 to the late Jimmie Taylor and Mary Helton Taylor.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Taylor. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Toni Massanelli Taylor, his two sons Corey Taylor (Carrie), Jacksonville, and Tanner Taylor, Jacksonville, his grandson and best 4 wheeler riding buddy Lucas Taylor, brother Don Taylor (Joanne), sister Barbara Thomas (Mike) and sister-in-law Ellon Jane Taylor, all of Pine Bluff as well as many nieces, nephews and all of his furry friends.

He served in the Army, honorably discharged as a mechanic. He was on maintenance away at Cotton Belt Railroad, and a machine mechanic at Sunbeam Bakery and Century Tube. He loved riding his Harley motorcycle and spending time with his many friends. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Arkansas Children’s Hospital.

Pallbearers will be: Joshua Smith, Spencer Langley, Garrett Taylor, Michael Thomas, DT Taylor, Ethan Clarkson. Honorary pallbearer, Lucas Taylor.

Visitation will be from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM Monday, June 14, 2021 at Smith-Sherwood Funeral Home with interment following at 12:00 PM at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
