Dr. Joseph Paul Ward, 92, of Cabot passed away May 16, 2020. He served in the United States Army and was an anesthesiologist until his retirement. He was preceded in death by his dear friends, Lillie and Julian Proctor; and survived by his friend, Jon Proctor.
