Luia Dunn

Luia Aise Dunn, known to friends as "L.A.," passed away on April 1, 2021, at the age of 87 years.

Born in Winona, Texas and living many of his years in Texas, he then moved to Arkansas to become an Arkansas Razorback fan and still maintaining his love and spirit of the Dallas Cowboys, country music, and NASCAR.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Joanne (nee Landers); sons Luia Ray, Bobby Joe; daughters, Catherine (Ron) and Rebekah.  L.A. is predeceased by his son, Michael (2009).  L.A. is also survived by his grandchildren; Tena Wooldridge (Steve), Brittany Kellar (Rob), Jeffery Roberts, Brody Miller, Jr., JR Dunn (Kelli), Mary Snyder (Nate), Sarah Peters, Chelsea Novak, Michael Dunn, Jr., Luia Matthew Dunn, Michelle Dunn and 10 great-grandchildren. Special recognition to Ferman (Cheri) Jones who was not only a great friend, but like a son.

A graveside service and celebration of Luia’s life will be held at ­­­­­3:00 PM, on Monday, April 5, 2021 at the Crestlawn Memorial Cemetery in Conway, Arkansas.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity/church in the memory of Luia Dunn.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Roberts, Jr., Brody Miller, Jr., Rob Kellar, Even Kellar and Gage Kellar.
