Marjorie Habelitz

Marjorie M. Habelitz was born on January 24, 1950 to Robert Joseph Mobley and Cicely Glendinning Mobley in Morrilton, Arkansas.

Marj was preceded in death by her parents, by her beloved, loving husband Robert Michael Habelitz and by two sisters; Jane K Mobley and Lydia M. Mobley. She is survived by her brothers Robert Joseph Mobley, Jr. (Laurie) and Richard A Mobley (Paige) both of Little Rock. She is also survived by sisters Martha M. James of Maumelle, Mary Grace Wilson (Doyle), Cicely Audrey Jones (Mardy) also of Little Rock, and numerous nieces and nephews.  Some of her greatest joy came through helping Mike raise his sons Robert Habelitz (Melissa); David Habelitz (Kimberly); Brian Habelitz (Jessica); and grandson Christopher Johnson (Michelle). Other survivors include step-son Jeffery Habelitz (Jennifer),  step-daughter Christa Mcnear-Habelitz; grandsons Christopher, Blake, Robbie, Ethan, Chase, Jarek, Dylan, Jasper, Jonas, and Marcus; granddaughters Brittany (Zach), Stephanie, Megan, Kassi, Karissa, Kendra (Josh), Emma, Chandra, and Cora. Marj was a generous, thoughtful, nurturing soul.

Everything around her was nurtured. It didn’t matter if it was her co-workers, their chickens, their critters, their garden, their children or their families. She showered them all with love. Marj was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School in Morrilton. She spent most of her career as a bookkeeper.  Marjorie will be dearly missed and fondly remembered for her open door, nurturing personality and love for her dear Mike and her family.
