Martha Cloud

Martha Senter Cloud, late of Cabot, AR, departed this Earth for her heavenly home on January 26, 2021. Martha was born October 5, 1929, in Tupelo, Mississippi, to parents John "JT" Senter Jr. and Ina Mae (Lofton) Senter. As well as her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alva Cloud Jr., her brothers John "Jack" Senter III and George "Bubba" Senter, and her sister and formidable Scrabble opponent, Ina Mae (Senter) Johnson.

Martha was an avid Scrabble player and she loved using Facebook to keep up with the latest news from her family members from coast to coast. She adored spending time with her dog, Poppy.

Martha is survived by her son, Randy Cloud and wife Rosemary, her daughter, Nancy (Cloud) Hamlin and husband Richard; 7 grandchildren and their spouses: Kristen and Nic Byers, Ryan and Britney Cloud, Kaci and Clint Keever, Robyn and Kelly Lindsey, Kory and Joni Hamlin, Kyle and Brooke Hamlin, and Kody and Dalana Hamlin; 17 great grandchildren; Felicia Chandler and husband Wade and family; Wayne Cloud and wife Karen; niece Sharon and husband Troy Mikesell and family; and a plethora of other nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at Shiloh Cemetery in Lamartine, AR. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Gideons in memoriam at: https://www.gideons.org/donate
