Mitchell "Mitch" Davis

Mitchell “Mitch” Davis, 70, of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away October 17, 2019 at Baptist Springhill Hospital in North Little Rock. He was born August 16, 1949 to the late Linwood and Billie (McCants) Davis.  Mitchell received his registered nursing license from UAMS and spent 12 years there helping deliver babies. He loved to cook and take food to his friends and taught himself calligraphy.

Mitchell is survived by his wife of 36 years, Carolyn Davis, and his beloved Gabby. The family would like to give a special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Baptist Springhill for their loving care.

A visitation tribute will be held from 2:00 PM- 4:00 PM, Tuesday, October 22 at Smith-Sherwood Funeral Home, 7700 Hwy 107. Memorials may be made to the building fund at First Baptist Church of Sherwood or Baptist Hospice.
