Ray Tandler

Ray August Tandler, 83, of North Little Rock, passed away April 26, 2020. Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Roy and Mary Parks Tandler, he was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and retired from General Motors. He enjoyed hunting and was a member of the G&L Hunting Club.

He is survived by his daughter and her husband, Tammy and Mark Leonard of Bryant; stepchildren, Tim Bright (Theresa) of Michigan and Teresa Toering (Wayne) of Florida; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Linda Tandler, and his son, Ray Tandler II.

There will be visitation on Wednesday, April 29 from 2-4 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home. Due to the state Covid-19 guidelines, the number of guests in the funeral home will be limited to ten or fewer at a time. Please be prepared to practice social distancing and possibly a slight delay in entering the funeral home.

Interment will be in Garfield Park Cemetery in Grand Rapids. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arkansas Freedom Fund, c/o AFF Treasurer, 6017 Springwood Circle, Bryant, AR 72022.
