Rosa Perkey, 86, of Del Rio, Texas, formerly of Beebe, died July 23, 2020.  Rosa is survived by her son Gerald Perkey (Tamara); her daughter Rachel Wheeler (Bob); and her grandchildren Amanda Perkey, Joshua Perkey, Patricia Wheeler, and Matthew Wheeler.

A graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 31, at Meadowbrook Mausoleum.  State of AR COVID-19 directives will be followed; including social distancing and face mask requirements. Arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home.   www.smithfamilycares.com
