Scott Neely Wills, 87, of Little Rock, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2020. Born in Paragould, Arkansas to Vernon and Mary Alice Neely Wills, he was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from the Army Corps of Engineers. He was the owner of Wills Land Surveying Company.
Preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Sandra Lea Wills, and brother, Whitney Wills (Shirley), he is survived by his children, Karen Gladfelter (Louis) and Christopher Wills, both of Little Rock, and Pamela Allen (Dwayne) of Maumelle; brother, Dr. Keith Wills (Phyllis) of Russellville; grandchildren, Amber Tillman (Robert), Michael Munevar, Joshua Allen and Madison Allen; great-grandchildren, Meredith Tillman and Ethan Tillman; and other family and friends.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Arkansas, 201 Markham Center Dr., Little Rock, AR 72205 or CARTI Foundation, 8901 Carti Way, Little Rock, AR 72205.
