Obituary

Stella Fay Rakestraw of Jacksonville died January 18, 2021.  She was born in Detroit, Michigan to the late Harry White and Alice Nessleroad White on June 22, 1939

Mrs. Rakestraw was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy D. Rakestraw.  She is survived by their children: Carol (Charles) Allen, David (Angela) Rakestraw, Trica (Warren) Frazier, Lisa Brown and Linda (Roger) Kennedy; a sister, Jeanie Ely; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several extended family members and friends who loved her and will miss her.

Visitation will be 10:30 to 11:30 AM, Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home. Service and interment will follow at noon at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
