Thelma "Frances" Kennedy

Thelma “Frances” Kennedy, 86, of Beebe, Arkansas went to be with the Lord December 23, 2019.  She was born in Beebe on June 8, 1933 to William and Rachael Todd.

She is survived by her son Doug (Michelle) Kennedy of Beebe; grandchildren Katie (Chris) Ward of Beebe, Jessica Beaty of Beebe, Richard (Candee) Weeks of Romance, Lacey (Matt) Walker of Brinkley, David Kennedy, Jr. (Alicia) of Beebe and Douglas Wayne “Trey” Kennedy of Morrilton; and numerous great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Dewey Kennedy, Jr. and son Charles David Kennedy, Sr.

Memorials may be made to the Beebe Animal Shelter.
