Thomas “Tommy” Grady Wright, 79, of Benton, Arkansas passed away October 10, 2021. He was born November 4, 1941 in Bauxite, Arkansas to Thomas Thomlinson Wright and Oscola Maxwell Blacklock Wright.
Tommy was a member of Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church. He graduated from the college of University of Arkansas. Tommy loved the game of golf. He served in the National Guard and upon returning home, he began his banking career at the Union National Bank of Arkansas. Family was Tommy’s priority. He loved his “grandgirls” and he treated his daughters-in-law as though they were his daughters. Tommy was a man of integrity- serving God, his family and his country with honor.
Preceding Tommy in death are his parents; brothers: Edward, Arnold, Gene, and Charles; sisters: Otis Woods and Pauline McGee; and daughter-in-law, Kristi.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of fifty-four years, Wanda Wright; sons: Greg Wright and wife Tanya and Todd Wright; grandchildren: Emily, Taylor, Erin, and Bailey; sisters: Pat Stuckey, Susie Wright, and Lois Howard; and many more family members and friends who love Tommy and will miss him always.

Graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, October 13, at Rosemont Cemetery, 1010 Military Road, in Benton, Arkansas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Oak Grove Baptist Church or the church of your choice.
