Tommy Barry

Tommy Thorpe Barry was born April 16, 1942 in Clarendon, Arkansas. He passed away April 7, 2021 in Searcy, Arkansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thorpe Barry and Mary Sue Holmes; wife, Clyda Faye Barry; brother, Lonnie Joe Barry; and niece, April King.

Tommy is survived by one son, Thomas Randall Barry, of Ward, Arkansas; four grandsons, Anthony Howard, Caleb Howard, Gabriel Barry and Josiah Barry; and one niece, Tonja Barry of Sherwood, Arkansas.

He was an avid outdoorsman, loved fishing, camping and swimming. Tommy served in the United States Navy during the early stages of the Vietnam War.

Visitation will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Cabot Assembly of God with service starting at 11:00 AM. Interment with military honors will be at 2:00 PM Bradford Cemetery in Shirley, Arkansas.
