Wife, Mother, Nana, and Businesswoman, Tonyia D. Hatfield passed away at 8:47 AM on Friday, November 27, 2020 at Hospice Homecare of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Tonyia (WW) Hatfield was preceded in death by her husband, US Air Force Sergeant A.E. (Redeye) Hatfield of North Little Rock, parents Glenn and Wanda Bass of Peach Orchard, Jim Browdy of (P.O.), Hattie Coffel of (P.O.), and “Sister” Majon Downs of Benton, Arkansas.

Tonyia is survived by son Loren Hatfield and daughter-in-law Tammy Hatfield; honorary granddaughter, Brianna Fisher of Maumelle, grandson Jeff Hatfield and fiancé Katie Pennington of Scott, granddaughter Skylar Hatfield-Hill and husband Blake Hill (future great-grandson Fisher Hill) of Bryant, son Randy Hatfield of Little Rock, brother Tony Bass and sister-in-law Diane Bass of Peach Orchard, nephew Bryan Bass and wife Lesa and their son, Sylas (P.O.), nephew Tim Bass and wife Allison (P.O.), aunt Zelda Starr and husband Jim of Shiloh, Illinois.

Tonyia D. Hatfield attended the University of Oklahoma (Banking & Finance Degree) and worked in the banking and loan industry for 45 years. She served as Manager of Consumer Loans for First American National Bank, Executive Vice President of OneBank, President of the American Institute of Banking, and Director of Collections for the Student Loan Guarantee Foundation of Arkansas.

Tonyia loved traveling and felt fortunate and grateful to have a profession that allowed her to do so. She greatly enjoyed music and theater and spent many years traveling with her husband “Gene” before he passed on May 1, 2014. Tonyia was an amazing cook and baker and her culinary talents will truly be missed by everyone. Above all, Tonyia enjoyed spending time with family, friends and loved ones. You will be missed Mom, Nana, Sister, Friend. We love you! You mean so much to be!

Visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 PM, Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 9:30 AM, Thursday, December 3, 2020 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.  Honorary pallbearers include: Tim Bass, Bryan Bass, Jeff Hatfield and Blake Hill.

State of AR COVID-19 directives: Face coverings required.  Maintain social distancing.
