William "Tommy" Goins

Tommy Goins, age 48, of Bismarck, passed away April 5, 2021.  He was born February 22, 1973 to Clarence Alexander Goins, Sr. and Deborah Fugatt Goins in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.  Tommy is preceded in death by his mother; and brother, Jimmy Goins.

Tommy was a member of Bismarck Pentecostal Church.  He loved to fish, hunt and being around his family.

Tommy is survived by three daughters, Cheyenne Goins, Dakota Goins, and Cherokee Goins; father, C.A. Goins, Sr. of Bismarck; three brothers, Chris Lee Goins of Detroit, MI, Clarence Alexander Goins, Jr. of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and Sean Lee Goins of Jessieville; sister, Clarissa Allison Jolie Goins of Arkansas; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Memorial Service will be 10:00 AM, Thursday April 15, 2021 at Bismarck Pentecostal Church with Bro. Van Glidewell officiating.  Family condolences may be sent to Patricia Keeton, 132 Keeton Cir, Bismarck, AR 71929.
