Ned Stanley, 92, of Conway passed away April 3, 2020.  He was born to the late Harry and Myrtle Stanley on August 1, 1927 in Bay City, Texas.  Ned served with the Merchant Marines during WWII.  He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Stanley.  A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
